A Couple Smaller Knitting Projects

As I mentioned yesterday, I finished up a couple small knitting projects over the weekend too: a bonnet and pair of booties. Last night I sewed on the buttons so I could count them as truly complete. Overall they were really fun patterns, only required some leftover yarn from my stash and were quick as it took me just over a week to finish both projects (and I'm not really that productive of a knitter, despite what my recent posts may have conveyed). Here are the details:

Comments: Surprisingly this was my first project involving seed stitch, and I really enjoyed it and the end result. I left off the embellishments that the pattern called for, because I prefer it simple.

Comments: I still had some yarn left over after making the bonnet, and after seeing the Mary Jane Booties Barb knitted I just had to make me a pair too. I'm sure I'll be making more in an assortment of colors.
