It seems that life doesn't always go as planned yet flexibility is an art that I have yet to master.

Flashback Wednesday
Christmas is a great time of year for family photos, and yesterday when flipping through my photo box I found one of my favorites circa 1982. The personalities just come through so vividly!
NICE!!! My favorite person is the guy on the left. It looks as if his beard and hair are all one piece. sweet. I was 10 yrs old when this was taken! Hrm, where was I? California I think!
I remember that Christmas. I was at a crossroads in my life...my life revolved around partying and general debauchery and I knew that if I continued with my wicked ways that it would only lead to (more) trouble. So shortly after that picture was taken I did a lot of soul searching and in a quiet moment I told myself that the drinking and partying must come to an end...someday!! Whoo Hooo!!
Uncle Barry (the guy with the bottle of Black Velvet sitting next to the guy with the Jesus beard and the young woman lounging on the back of couch who's wearing enough make-up to paint a house)

LOVE IT! Not sure if this was 82 or 83. There is another one like this where Cheryl is holding the Black Velvet that I love too!
You're right. It could be 83...I was looking at it trying to figure out if you looked 2 or 3.

Love it! Reminds me so much of my family's pictures from the 80's. :D
This is a great one- You really can see all the personalities! Or at least come up with a great running narrative about the holiday..
What a great picture, it looks like a movie poster for a fabulous '80s movie. I would totally watch it. :)
